Our core philosophy is strict data minimization. We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any Personal Data to use Nexa Player.
Nexa Player uses local on-device storage (Room Database) to save your preferences, watch history, and favorite video links. This data never leaves your device. It is not synced to our servers, nor is it accessible by Us. If you uninstall the Application, this local data will be permanently deleted unless backed up through your device's native OS backup systems.

We do not integrate any third-party behavioral analytics or advertising SDKs. The Application is completely free of targeted advertisements and tracking pixels. However, please note that when you stream media from external URLs, the servers hosting that media may collect your IP address and other connection metadata. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party servers from which you choose to stream content.
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Because we do not collect or store your Personal Data on remote servers, the security of your watch history and favorites is inherently tied to the physical and software security of Your own Device.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. Since we do not collect data, no data deletion requests are necessary on our end, but you may delete the Application to remove all local data.

Our Service relies on playing media from URLs provided by You. If You click on a third-party link or stream from a third-party server, You will be directed to that third party's site.
